River Oak Rapids

Our end-of-the-year team celebration will be Monday, July 1st from 6:30-8:30pm at River Oak.  Come enjoy pizza and ice cream as we celebrate all of our wonderful swimmers and coaches!

Thursday is National Swim Across America Day! Our team will be holding a Penny War this week:

1. Each age group will have a bucket labeled and set out at practice each day (starting Tuesday).

After a great first meet, we're getting ready for Meet #2 vs. Mountain Park.  Our schedule for the week:

Monday-Thursday morning practice 9:00am (younger group) & 10:00am (older group)
Monday-Wednesday evening stroke clinic 7-8:00pm

Thursday evening Swim Meet 6:00pm @ Mountain Park Aquatic Center

Fun Friday practice 9:30-11:00am

Our Summer Schedule has begun!  Practice times from 5/23-6/28 are as follows:

Monday-Thursday morning practice: 9:00am (10 & under), 10:00am (11 & ups)
Monday-Wednesday Stroke Clinics: 7:00-8:00pm
Fun Fridays 9:30-11:00am

*No practice on Monday 5/27 for Memorial Day.

We can't wait to see everyone on May 13th for our first practice of the season!

4:00-5:00pm 10 years & under (as of 6/1)
5:00-6:00pm 11 years & up (as of 6/1)

Please join us on Saturday, April 27^th from 10:00am-12:00pm for a River Oak Rapids Team Meet & Greet at the pool! We will be there to answer any team or registration questions you may have, and a representative from Reddiset will be available with team swimsuits to try on…
